John trained initially with the Building Research Establishment (BRE) www.bre.co.uk at Watford in conjunction with the University of the West of England (UWE) www.uwe.ac.uk to become a Home Inspector enabling him to conduct both Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition Reports, and subsequently with National Energy Services (NES) www.nesltd.co.uk as an On Construction SAP assessor for new homes.
John has over four years experience of producing Energy Performance Certificates for properties ranging from one bedroom flats to large estate properties giving him the experience to provide a service that is professional yet personal, efficient and effective.
